Who We Are
Coastal Capital Acquisition Corp. (CCAC) is a Builder primarily engaged in the construction of single-family houses and other buildings for sale on our own account rather than as contractors including renovations. Our secondary business engagement is an Office of Holding companies primarily engaging in holdings and other investment office formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, recapitalization, reorganization or similar business combinations.
While we have listed a few industries we have focused on; CCAC has an expansive appetite for different types of businesses. We have yet to see a company which we could not assist in their growth.
